- 30% of total price until 7 days before arrival
- 70% of total price until 1 day before arrival
- 90% of total price at day of arrival

- free cancellation until 3 months before arrival
- 40% of total price between 3 months and 1 month before day of arrival
- 70% of total price between 1 month and 1 week before day of arrival
- 90% of total price in the last week before day of arrival
